LEGISLATION UNDER REVIEW BY THE FACULTY COUNCIL.

Proposed Mid-Catalog Change to the Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development in the College of Education Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2008-2010. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on January 12, 2009. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by noon on January 27, 2009, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on February 16, 2009.

Motion to Update the Core Curriculum Course Lists for Natural Science Parts I & II for the Undergraduate Catalog, 2008-2010. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on January 12, 2009. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by noon on January 27, 2009, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on February 16, 2009.

D 6804 Resolution Endorsing the Establishment of Domestic Partner Benefits. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on January 15, 2009, and classified as general legislation. The resolution will be voted on by the Faculty Council at its meeting on January 26, 2009.

D 6805-6812 Proposed Changes to the Doctor of Pharmacy Program in the College of Pharmacy Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on January 15, 2009. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by 5 p.m. on January 23, 2009, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on February 16, 2009.
