It was approved the Faculty Council at its meeting on October 26, 2009, and transmitted to the president on October 27, 2009. In a letter dated November 4, 2009, President Powers asked Provost Leslie for written recommendations regarding the legislation. Provost Leslie recommended approval in a letter dated December 17, 2009. Approved by the president on January 11, 2010.
