School of Undergraduate Studies Governance Procedures. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on March 17. 2010. The legislation is classified as major, and was presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on March 22, 2010, and will be voted on by the Council at its meeting on April 12, 2010. It will be then be sent to the General Faculty on a no-protest basis.

D 8003 Resolution from the Faculty Council Executive Committee in Support of the Cactus Café. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on March 31, 2010. To be voted on by the Council at its meeting on April 12, 2010.

D 8004-8005 Proposal to Modify the Criteria for the Global Cultures. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on March 31, 2010. To be voted on by the Council at its meeting on April 12, 2010.

D 8006-8008 Proposal from the Educational Policy Committee to Revise Q-Drop Procedures. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on March 31, 2010. To be voted on by the Council at its meeting on April 12, 2010.

D 8009-8012 Proposed Revisions to UT Austin's Financial Exigency Policy. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on April xx. 2010. The legislation is classified as major, and will be presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on April 12, 2010, and voted on by the Council at its meeting on May 10, 2010. It will be then be sent to the General Faculty on a no-protest basis.

8013-8014 Deletion of the Pre-Sport Management Major in the General Information Catalog, 2010-2011. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on April 7, 2010, as no-protest legislation. The secretary has classified this proposal as legislation of exclusive interest to one college or school. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by April 12, 2010, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its next meeting. The objection, with reasons, must be signed by a member of the Faculty Council.

8015-8016 Proposed Changes to the Special Requirements Section for the Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies in the College of Communication Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012.
