LEGISLATION UNDER REVIEW BY THE FACULTY COUNCIL.

D 7436-7437 Proposal to Disband the Commencement and Academic Ceremonies Committee. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on November 10, 2009. To be considered by the Faculty Council at its next meeting on November 16, 2009.

D 7438-7442 Changes to the Bachelor of Arts, Plan I in the College of Liberal Arts Chapter and the College of Natural Sciences Chapter and to the Bachelor of Science in Psychology in the College of Liberal Arts Chapter in the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on November 10, 2009, as no-protest legislation. The secretary has classified this proposal as legislation of general interest to more than one college or school. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by November 20, 2009, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its next meeting. The objection, with reasons, must be signed by a member of the Faculty Council.
