Posted on the Faculty Council Web site on May 1, 2006, and approved by the Faculty Council on a no-protest basis on May 8, 2006. Transmitted to the provost on May 9, 2006. Approved by the provost and transmitted to the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on May 31, 2006. Approval given by the interim executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on June 10, 2006. Approved by Dr. Pedro Reyes, associate vice chancellor for academic planning and assessment, on March 15, 2007, and transmitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
