D 6976-6981 Motion to Update the Core Curriculum Course Lists for the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council website on April 1, 2009. Approved by the Faculty Council at its meeting on April 13, 2009. Transmitted to the provost on April 14, 2009. Approved by the provost and transmitted to the executive vice president for academic affairs on April 23, 2009. Approved by the associate vice chancellor for academic planning and assessment, and an information copy was transmitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board on May 5, 2009.

D 7915-7928 Changes to the Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Cockrell School of Engineering Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council website on February 12, 2010, and classified as legislation of exclusive interest to only one college or school. Approved by the Faculty Council on a no-protest basis on February 17, 2010. Transmitted to the provost on February 18, 2010. Final approval received from the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs onApril 16, 2010. Due to the nonsubstantative nature of the request, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board only needed to be advised of the approval. No further action is required..

D 8459 Proposed Change to the Systems Faculty Advisory Council Representatives from UT Austin in the Handbook of Operating Procedures. Posted on the Faculty Council website on November 3, 2010. The secretary has classified this as general legislation. It was approved by the Faculty Council at its meeting on November 15, 2010, and transmitted to the president on November 16, 2010. On November 18, 2010, President Powers asked Provost Leslie for written recommendation regarding the legislation. On December 7, 2010, Provost Leslie recommended approval of the legislation. On January 6, 2011, the president granted final approval.
