eting on April 13, 2009. Transmitted to the provost on behalf of the president on April 14, 2009. Approved by the provost on behalf of the president and transmitted to the executive vice president for academic affairs on April 23, 2009. Approved by the associate vice chancellor for academic planning and assessment and transmitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board on May 5, 2009.
D 7494-7498 Addition of the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a Major in Biological Sciences in the College of Natural Sciences Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council website on November 24, 2009, and classified as legislation of general interest to more than one college or school. On December 4, 2009, approved by the Faculty Council on a no-protest basis. Transmitted to the provost on behalf of the president on December 7, 2009. Approved by the provost on behalf of the president and transmitted to the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on April 19, 2010. Non-substantive changes were made to the legislation and approved by the three proposing colleges on March 30, 2010. The Faculty Council on a no-protest basis approved the updated legislation on May 3, 2010. The approved revisions were transmitted to the provost on behalf of the president on May 4, 2010, which were subsequently transmitted to UT System by the provost on behalf of the president. On May 18, 2010, the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs transmitted notification of approval to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Final approval rests with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Approved by the Faculty Council on a no-protest basis on February 22, 2010. Transmitted to the provost on behalf of the president on February 23, 2010. Approved by the provost on behalf of the president and transmitted to the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on April 6, 2010. Approval received from the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on April 16, 2010. Final approval resides with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

D 7915-7928 Changes to the Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Cockrell School of Engineering Chapter of the Undergraduate Catalog, 2010-2012. Posted on the Faculty Council website on February 12, 2010, and classified as legislation of exclusive interest to only one college or school. Approved by the Faculty Council on a no-protest basis on February 17, 2010. Transmitted to the provost on behalf of the president on February 18, 2010. Approval received from the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on April 16, 2010. Final approval resides with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
