Posted on the Faculty Council website on February 9, 2010, and classified as general legislation. Approved by the Faculty Council at its meeting on February 15, 2010. Transmitted to the president on February 16, 2010. In a letter dated March 22, 2010, the president's office requested written recommendation regarding the legislation from Provost Leslie and Vice President Ohlendorf. Upon the recommendation from Provost Leslie and Vice President Ohlendorf, the proposals were approved by the president and transmitted to the executive vice chancellor for academic affairs on April 23, 2010.
