On October 25, 2010, President Powers appointed the following committee to prepare a memorial resolution for Frederick D. On November 22, 2010, President Powers appointed the following committee to prepare a memorial resolution for Pablo Beltran de Heredia, associate professor emeritus, Spanish and Portuguese: Madeline Sutherland-Meier (chair) and Michael Harney. On November 22, 2010, President Powers appointed the following committee to prepare a memorial resolution for Russell Lewis Collins, associate professor, physics: Austin Gleeson (chair), Peter Riley, and Melvin Oakes.
