REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE TO NOMINATE FACULTY MEMBERS FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS COUNCILS FOR MEN AND FOR WOMEN AND TO THE UNIVERSITY CO-OP BOARD OF DIRECTORS
