D9686-9688 University of Texas at Austin Guidelines for Implementing the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents’ Rule 31102: Evaluation of Tenured Faculty. Posted on the Faculty Council website on April 23, 2013, and classified as general legislation. On April 23, 2012, the Faculty Council approved the legislation, and it was transmitted to the president on May 3, 2012. On May 14, 2012, the president’s office requested written recommendation regarding the legislation from Executive Vice President and Provost Steven Leslie and Vice President Patricia Ohlendorf. On May 29, 2012, Provost Leslie recommended approval. Final approval resides with the president.

D 10042-10087 Final Report of the Ad Hoc Joint Committee of the Graduate Assembly and the Faculty Council on Graduate Student Fellowships. Posted on the Faculty Council website on November 7, 2012, and classified as general legislation. ¬†On November 19, 2012, the Faculty Council amended and approved the report, and it was transmitted to President Powers on November 20, 2012. On November 29, 2012, President Powers acknowledged receipt of the report, which was being held pending its reconsideration by the Graduate Assembly. On February 14, 2013, Secretary of the Graduate Assembly Diane Schallert notified the president of the Graduate Assembly's approval of the amended report. On April 23, 2013, the president’s office requested written recommendation regarding the legislation from Executive Vice President and Provost Steven Leslie, Vice President Patricia Ohlendorf, and Vice Provost and Dean Judith Langlois. On May 13, 2013, Provost Leslie recommended approval. Final approval resides with the president.

D 10287-10289b Proposal to Change the Composition of the C-13 Information Technology Committee. Posted on the Faculty Council website on April 10, 2013, and classified as general legislation. On April 15, 2013, the Faculty Council approved the proposed changes, and it was transmitted to the president on April 16, 2013. On April 19, 2013, the president’s office requested written recommendations from Executive Vice President and Provost Steven Leslie, Vice President for Legal Affairs Patricia Ohlendorf, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kevin Hegarty regarding the report. On April 25, 2013, Provost Leslie recommended approval. On May 24, 2013, Vice President Kevin Hegarty recommended approval. Final approval resides with the president with formal notification to UT System.

D 11169-11170 Faculty Educational Benefit Proposal from the Faculty Welfare Committee. Posted on the Faculty Council website on January 16, 2014, and classified as legislation of general interest. The Faculty Council approved the proposal at its meeting on January 27, 2014, and it was transmitted to the president on January 29, 2014. Final approval resides with the president.
