C. ITEMS UNDER REVIEW BY THE TEXAS HIGHER EDUCATION COORDINATING BOARD.

D 11272-11274 Clarification of the Acceptable Minimum Grade for Core Curriculum Courses in the School of Undergraduate Studies Section in the Undergraduate Catalog, 2014-2016. Posted on the Faculty Council website on February 7, 2014, and classified as legislation of general interest to more than one college or school. The Committee on Undergraduate Degree Program Review recommended approval of the changes on January 22, 2014, and forwarded them to the Office of the General Faculty. On February 21, 2014, the Faculty Council approved the legislation on a no-protest basis, and they were forwarded to the provost on behalf of the president on February 24, 2014. On February 24, 2014, Provost Fenves transmitted the legislation to UT System recommending approval. On March 31, 2014, UT System granted approval. Final approval resides with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
