On January 9, 2013, President Powers appointed the following committee to prepare a memorial resolution for B. Frank McCullough, professor emeritus, civil engineering: C. Michael Walton (chair), David Fowler, Clyde E. Lee, Randy B. Machemehl, and Zhanmin Zhang.
