Council
G. Rules of Procedure
1.
The rules of the General Faculty shall be followed
by the Council as far as practicable. Any exceptions and provisions
of order of business and rules of debate shall be included in the
By-laws of the Faculty Council. (See Policy Memorandum 1.301.)
2.
A quorum shall be a majority of the voting members
of the Council.
