RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FACULTY COUNCIL

Following are the amended versions of Chapter 1, Sections I and III, of the Handbook of Operating Procedures for The University of Texas at Austin and of Policy Memorandum 1.301. These documents set forth the authority, functions, organization, rules, and by-laws of the General Faculty and the Faculty Council. They are based on the information available to the Office of the General Faculty as of September 1, 2000 and include changes approved by the General Faculty on April 11, 2005.
