The U.T. Faculty Women's Organization

The U.T. Faculty Women's Organization was founded in 1982. Membership is open to all women faculty, including those not on the tenure track, and professional staff (code 10000). The purpose of the organization is to provide a support network for women in the campus community, to sponsor programs concerned with the professional development of women faculty, and to disseminate information about University practice and policy vital to our interests.

NOTE: This organization is not the Center for Women's and Gender Studies. Women's and Gender Studies is an academic unit in the College of Liberal Arts.
