Graduate Program Overview
The purpose of the Master’s Degree Program in Art Education is to provide students with the opportunity, environment, and resources to explore issues in art education, enhance their knowledge of art and art education, and conduct research on a significant aspect of art education.
Master of Arts (MA) in Art Education
Students completing the two-year, thirty-six (36) credit hour Master of Arts in Art Education do so by pursuing one of three degree plans: Option A (Schools Focus), Option B (Museum Education Focus), or Option C (Community Focus). Our distinguished faculty and excellent facilities support many unique and innovative course offerings that present each student with a wide range of study opportunities.
