Visiting Artists Program presents lecture by Lisa Sanditz
Lisa Sanditz has spent the last ten years traveling, researching, and painting the American landscape. This notion has taken her as far as China in pursuit of a globalizing notion of the American landscape. She has shown her work in the United States and abroad in solo shows at CRG Gallery in New York, Acme Gallery in Los Angeles, Rodolphe Jansen Gallery in Brussels, and The Kemper Museum in Kansas City. She has most recently had work at The Torrance Museum of Art in Orange County, CA, Southern Alberta Gallery in Canada, and The Isolation Room in St. Louis. She will have shows with CRG Gallery and Acme Gallery in the next year. She is a visiting Assistant Professor of Studio Arts at Bard College.
