Here’s what we’ve been up to this summer…

Fine Arts Career Services

The UT Fine Arts Career Services has had a busy summer and is excited to announce two big changes! The first of these is our new Fine Arts Works system. Through this system students and alumni can access pre-approved job and internship postings, search upcoming events, and much more. This database exclusively serves College of Fine Arts students and alumni.

*ALL current College of Fine Arts students can register for an account by using your EID for both your username and password to initiate login and registration. If you are alumni please contact FACS at 512.232.7333 or at to register for a new account.

Our second big change is one that directly affects all Fine Arts students. We are now the first college at UT-Austin to offer Integrated Advising! This means that beginning in the Fall Semester 2014, all students will meet with a career advisor two times during their academic career: at the beginning of their sophomore year and the second semester of their junior year. FACS will offer many exciting, new workshops and programs (including the New York Seminar) to help students complete this required advising. Please check our calendar to view opportunities and register.

*Note: You will be unable to lift your bar with an individual advising appointment the last week of the semester.
