Visual Arts Center's Lunch Break series presents 13 Most Beautiful...Songs for Andy Warhol's Screen Tests

The Visual Arts Center is presenting a new series of lunchtime film screenings, carefully selected to satisfy your hunger for fresh perspectives of the exhibitions on view.

Bring your lunch and take a break from your day for a screening of 13 Most Beautiful…Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests (2009, NR), a recently authorized DVD compilation of thirteen of Warhol’s silent films, complete with newly commissioned soundtracks from The Andy Warhol Museum by Dean Wareham and Britta Phillips. Subjects include Nico, Lou Reed, Edie Sedgwick, Dennis Hopper, and others, shot between 1964 and 1966 at Warhol’s Factory studio in New York City.
