In a thirty-minute stream-of-consciousness monologue Vito Acconci attempts to seduce the viewer while music from the Doors, Bob Dylan and Van Morrison plays. The video explores the cultural notions of romance reflected in the songs and affirms the universal nature of fear of loneliness and search for companionship.
