Audiences around the world have been wowed by the Jasper’s electrifying performances, and its penchant for new music has helped it establish a reputation as a groundbreaking group.

Based in New Haven, Connecticut, the Jasper Quartet recently released two highly acclaimed albums for the Sono Luminus label, featuring the works of Beethoven, Schubert, and Aaron Jay Kernis. In conjunction with Astral Artists, the quartet was awarded a 2012 grant from Chamber Music America through its Residency Partnership Program. The Jaspers are the Ensemble-in-Residence at Classic Chamber Concerts in Naples, Florida.

“The Jaspers played with sparkling vitality and great verve…They are polished, engaged, and in tune with one another. Their technical skills are of the highest caliber, and their musicality is without flaw. I look forward to hearing more from them.” – W. Gerald Cochran, Classical Voice of North Carolina
