Departmental Review
- Managers and supervisors are asked to review the list for accuracy and contact us about any changes, additions, and/or deletions concerning staff from your department by February 4, 2013.

Individual Review
Additions/Deletions/Corrections
Requests for corrections to the preliminary recipient list should be received by
HRS no later than
February 4, 2013, to insure inclusion in the program. To request a change to the list, please
contact us. Eligible service years for requested additions will be verified, and qualifying staff will be added.
