The Human Resource Service Center will be checking voice mail for the 471-HRSC (4772) mainline from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on these designated skeleton crew days. We will be attending to emergency situations during this time. Emergencies are usually defined as issues with access to healthcare and prescriptions.
Other HRS units will be also be providing emergency coverage on skeleton crew days as follows:
- Staffing and Career Management and Employee and Management Services will be checking their mainline, 475-7200.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life Services has a telephone counseling line for urgent EAP related emergencies. This line is staffed by trained counselors who can handle emergencies. That number is 471-3399.
- Occupational Health Program clients with urgent issues can call the main phone line at 471-4OHP (4647) and press one to be directed to the on-call nurse. Clients needing non-emergent medical treatment should be directed to St. David’s Occupational Health Services. Call 911 to request EMS transport for medical emergencies; if work related, request transport to a St. David’s affiliated hospital.
