Long-Term Care Insurance

Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance provides funds for needed care when you cannot perform basic activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, without help. LTC services provide a daily benefit in a nursing home or a 50% benefit for community based care, including home healthcare, an adult daycare/foster care center or an assisted living facility.

You can apply for coverage for yourself and eligible family members (spouse, children over age 25, parents, grandparents, and related in-laws) may also apply. Cost is based on your age at the time of enrollment, the daily benefit amount selected, and whether or not the automatic benefit increase is selected.

A lifetime maximum benefit applies to the coverage.
