HealthPoint Work/Life Balance Program

Work/Life Balance Resources

Work/life balance is about having a life full of achievement, knowledge, work, and fun. Whether your work is in the power plant or the classroom – you’re also a person with personal interests and responsibilities, a family, and hobbies. This collection of resources and services at The University of Texas at Austin (and some off-campus) can help you reach the balance that’s right for you.

The work/life categories below (and also listed on the right) provide links to resources throughout campus. In a few cases, we’ve included contacts outside the university. But most listings draw on the many wonderful opportunities right here on campus. Enjoy! Let us know if there’s a university program that should be added to this list by contacting Work/Life Balance, 471-3366, or eap@austin.utexas.edu.

If you’d like to speak personally with a counselor to address your work/life balance issues, you can schedule a private and confidential appointment at the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 471-3366.

NOTE: All resources listed below are programs of The University of Texas at Austin unless otherwise noted by name or as (non-UT) or (Austin).
