Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness is the ability to understand yourself and cope with challenges life can confront you with. It encourages you to acknowledge and express feelings (anger, fear, sadness, stress, hope, love, joy, etc.) in an appropriate and productive manner.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP provides personal and manager consulting services to increase workplace efficiency and promote emotional health and wellness. We do this by providing brief counseling and consultation services, crisis intervention, assessment and referral, educational and training programs, and supervisory consultation.
