Employee Relations: Mission Statement
The Employee Relations section provides consulting services to supervisors
and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, difficult
workplace situations, conflict resolution and guidance, and interpretation of
employment regulations, University policies, procedures, rules and
practices. The Employee Relations section works to support the University in developing and retaining a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
