Welcome to HRS Employee Relations (ER) Promoting good management practices and workplace behaviors.   Helping the campus community reduce and better manage difficult workplace situations, problems and conflicts.

ER Services Include:

• Providing coaching and advice regarding performance management.
• Facilitating the diagnosis, development and implementation of an action plan to address root causes of workplace distractions.
• Advising the campus on employee relations matters and policies.
