Free Tobacco Cessation Classes

The HealthPoint Work-life Balance and Wellness Program and RecSports have partnered with Seton Healthcare's Tobacco Education Resource Center to offer a free class to help faculty and staff who want to quit using tobacco products. Trained facilitators from Seton will teach this 6-week class during lunch using the proven Mayo Clinic model.

We want to help by offering a Financial Planning Expo - A place to go to get answers.

The expo will take place in the lobby of the Applied Computational Engineering and Sciences Bldg. (A.C.E.S.) on Tuesday, March 22, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Thursday, March 24, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

At the expo, you will have the opportunity to learn more about:
