One of your roles as a leader is helping your staff perform at their best. In many cases, encouraging employees to participate in a training program can provide them with the knowledge and competencies they need to be more effective, productive and committed. You may want to suggest your employees check out some courses in TXClass (EID required) or read about career management for current employees.
