Payment Options

The following table explains your payment options. Remember to use the coupon provided with your bill to ensure proper credit for your payments.

AutoPay: Automatic Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank account is a convenient payment option and can be set up either online or by submitting a paper form.
  • To complete your enrollment online, a high assurance EID is required to access the AutoPay Web site. You can update or cancel your AutoPay enrollment online at any time. The UT EID Web site has information about upgrading your EID to high assurance.
  • In lieu of online enrollment, you can complete and submit an Automatic Payment Request Authorization Form. Please do not send the form with your payment. Mail it to the address on the back of the form. You can update or cancel your AutoPay at any time by submitting a new form. If you have questions about AutoPay or need to request a paper enrollment form, contact Payroll Services at 512-471-5271.
