Act Naturally
Writing my first blog is a bit nerve-wracking. However, this week’s events seem to provide a good background for a blog entry. Tuesday was my boyfriend of about a year, Corey’s, birthday. I decided to make him dinner- a three-course meal in fact. First, a salad with homemade dressing, then Chicken Piccata and Penne Pasta, and finally cake, ice cream, and berries for dessert. Well… as it happens, I’m not exactly an “experienced” cook.

October is one of my favorite months of the year – I love, love, love Halloween and the feeling of fall. Sadly, we don’t get much of fall in Austin…no worries, though – as long as I can still have Halloween, I’m good. Happy October everyone!
