Eat it UP!
Ok, so I love food…The END. haha no no keep reading (*-*)
Think for Yourself
As a Government major, I would be quite the failure if I was not following the Presidential Race. With Fred Thompson, Rudy Guiliani and John Edwards all recently dropping out, the candidates are narrowing down. I know you’ve probably heard it a million times before, but this may be the most exciting Presidential Race in the History of our country, and this is the first one I get to vote in!
To Say Hello To Old Friends
I was sitting at my laptop for a good hour, trying to think of something relatively interesting to share with you all. Somehow, ranting about how I have seen the light of an awesome sci-fi novel, or about how I have found solice in the touch of a keyboard, just didn’t seem good enough. That’s when I got the phonecall that would be the reason for my current state of unhappy stupor and the inspiration for this post. My highschool medical academy teacher… was in a coma.
Read, Test, Quiz
Thats what this semester has brought thus far. I need to find some time to work out; not that I dont have enough weight on my shoulders as it is. Chinese is beginning to look a little hectic. A test, a quiz, a bunch of memorization, and homework all in one week (and thats no exaggeration). Believe it or not, I can actually have a coherent elementary conversation after two weeks of practice.
No Sleep
The title more or less sums up all the time since my last post. I’ve been busy like a bee, with not nearly enough time for sleeping! This is sort of a surprise, as MWF my first class is at 10, and TTh at 11. Considering I was up for an 8 AM class everyday last semester, I thought this would be easy. Too bad all 18hrs of classes are trying to squish me with homework!
House Not Yet In Order
I know, I know. Im a little late posting my blog, but believe me, Ive been trying to get things in order. These past few months have just been pretty tough on me. My grades werent up to par last semester; I received my first ticket while tuition costs are rising and the economy is receding; my vision is gradually worsening; Im taking another 17 hour course load; my girlfriend essentially rejected the Christmas gift I bought her, at a time when I was really looking forward to seeing her smile; and then after dating for another year and few months, we broke up (not as a result of the gift, though).
Dig It
Today is my second favorite day of the year!
Spring Semester Begins!
Welcome back to school everyone! I hope everyone’s first week of spring classes have started out well. Now that I am in my final semester as an undergrad, the reality of graduating is beginning to set in. Scary!
