Annus Mirabilis
When I came back to Austin a couple of weeks ago, a preemptive nostalgia settled over me. Only a year left! I’ll only live in this city until May 23, 2009! Only so many trips to Barton Springs left to take, only so much coffee left to drink. In less than a year, I will enter the workforce (whatever’s left of it–I’m not optimistic) with a liberal arts degree, a caffeine addiction, and, let’s face it, little else.
