Another Turning Point, a Fork Stuck in the Road or: The Inability to Study

I’ve arrived at a fork in the road

As I sit in the lounge of the 14th floor of the Castilian.

To the left I have blogs, relaxation, contemplation, ESPN,

And maybe even NCAA Football.

To the right I have a Statistics and Research Methods textbook,

Not calling me, nor with my name on it, but needing attention.

The problem is, I dont have a sense of urgency.

I don’t feel a need to study unless it’s an emergency.

It’s not that I don’t need to study, I just don’t feel it.

I don’t worry about it.

I don’t worry about anything really.

Que sera, sera.

As you’ve already concluded, I’m destined to study another day.

Probably Sunday.

Test Monday.

Time to enjoy Saturday.

Whatever will be, will be,

C’est la vie
