Got out of class today around 1 p.m., and finding myself with nothing to do (a rare ocassion) I decided to design a new T-shirt for myself. Of course it would have to do with Texas. And of course it would have to do with engineering.

Spring is Sprung; I, However, Am Not.

It’s 75 degrees outside, the sky is blue, birds are chirping. Spring is here (summer, nearly) and I am at work in the FAC, busily putting appointments into the system which will then, inevitably, drop them. There are no windows in the Undergraduate Writing Center. On days like today, that seems like an immensely cruel architectural decision.
