Let’s See How Far We’ve Come
Also known as “My First Year at UT: A Visual Journey.” Enjoy!

After several of us were thrown in the pool against our will we decided to "go with the flow" and enjoy ourselves.
Photos courtesy of Tobie, Vanessa, Moyo, Tyler and Daria. Yay for new friends letting me borrow their pictures!
There were several more pictures, hundreds in fact, and these just barely give you a glimpse of how great my first year of UT was, but I didn’t want you guys getting visual overload. I’m glad I went to UT. I can barely fathom how different things would be if I’d gone to another university and not met these new friends of mine and had these experiences. I probably wouldn’t have had nearly as much fun. It was fun being your blogger. I hope I helped reveal a little something about the life of a UT student.

Looking at your pics actually gave me a picture in my head of what my first year could be like. I am still a little afraid because I’m not a good conversation starter so it would be hard for me to just go up to someone and make friends that easy. If everyone at UT are like your friends in the pics, then i should be ok LOL. I can’t wait to have college memories like these.

Hey, I’m going to be living in Moore-Hill this fall. I’m about to go shopping with my roomie and we’re trying to figure the closets out! does it have only one shelf like the ones in jester or multiple shelves, and how high off the ground is the lowest shelf? Thanks for your help!
Hey! I noticed that you lived in Moore-Hill. That’s where I’m living this upcoming school year! Can you tell me all about Moore-Hill? Do all the rooms have the nifty bulletin board wall? How social is everyone with each other in the dorm? What floor/room did you stay in?
how sad. it’s all over. you know they should make you blog until all the way right after graduation. that would be nice:)
