SHAMELESS PLUG

So I’m officially allowed to say it, and thus I will:

I’m running for Student Government (SG) Business School Representative!!

I went to the SG office and filed today with my friend Garret and I am so, so excited for the prospect of being one of the three next bschool reps, and having the opportunity to serve in the upcoming assembly.

Do you mind if I practice my pitch?

Okay, so I’m running because

I love UT
I am one of two students in the entire university who is involved in both student gov and undergraduate business council, so I have the accountability to both orgs that previous reps have lacked
After a year of being an intern, I know how SG works, and I’ve seen what we can do, and have found ways those things can be done better. I’m brimming with ideas and excitement and I can’t wait!
