End of year festivities – Boat “Party”
Since summers in Texas can be extremely hot many organizations tend to take their members out on a barge and float some of Austin’s lakes. Boat parties are some of the most anticipated events for new members, they are a chance to go out and enjoy the sun while enjoying some of the beautiful scenery. The hills look beautiful and halfway during the trip, the barge stops at a small island and the riders are allowed to jump in the water and explore the island. It is definitely one of the most memorable events I’ve been to.
