Nobel Prize Shoutout!
Just wanted to give respect to Andre Geim and K.S. Novoselov for winning the Nobel Prize in physics for their work on Graphene, a one-atom thick network of Carbon atoms. They helped pioneer the field of materials research and nanotechnology that is quickly becoming a hot topic in science today.
BMES 2010
Last weekend was really relaxing since the week before that was a very hectic exam week in most of my classes. I didn’t go to ACL after going last year for a number of reasons, but I wish I had gotten a one-day pass for Saturday to see the xx and Muse. Anyways, I’ll hopefully go next year.
