And so it begins…

So studio work has picked up and that time has come for me to get to know my borco and mayline better.

The studio I got into this year is with two visiting professors from Houston, and the project is a historical preservation/addition to an existing power plant on the St. Edward’s campus here in Austin.

We are asked to either design a new student activities center or a chapel for the St. Edward’s campus. (this is all speculative, it will NOT get built) I choose to design a chapel because I just felt like this space has a very spiritual feeling to it, and the chapel program seemed to fit better. Can’t wait to figure out what its going to be like!
