I really enjoyed this one, Jay! I alike the "life is a circle" quote a lot. Getting help from mentors and professors is a good idea; even though we might feel they're bothered by us, they actually do really want to help. It is awesome knowing why you want to major in Spanish/Afro-Latino studies as well!

Your article Jelisa is nicely done. I enjoyed it.

It is true that we can’t change the past, but we can change our future. You control your future, but it is good to take one step at a time. The past can sometimes be our adversary because we seem to let it take over and decide our future.

Whatever we face in life good or bad we can make it great, if we want. We can’t change the past, but we can use it to better our future. Every experience in life is a learning one and it’s up to us to learn from it.

Love Mom.
