My Somewhat-Exciting-And-Rather-Productive/Enjoyable Week
So this past week has been a rather productive one for me. I’ve been dieting since New Year’s day and I must say, it feels great. I’m about 5 weeks in and there has been a noticeable change in my body composition every week.

Change Institute and the Impending Doom of No More Pledges
This last weekend I attended the Change Institute. The Change Institute is an annual retreat that the GLIE (Greek Life and Intercultural Education) office holds. It focuses on various social justice topics such as racism, sexism, and classism among others.
