Services to Sponsoring Agencies
Services provided to the Sponsoring Agency include:
- Provide a primary contact for the sponsor to communicate with the University
- Advise on the advantages and disadvantages of entering the US in a specific immigration status
- Prepare placement forms and host institution description forms
- Assist sponsors in determining the cost of funding their students' education
- Provide third party billing services and individual students' invoices
- Provide deferred billing in order to facilitate students' registration
- Coordinate site visits at the request of sponsoring agencies
- Monitor sponsor's financial commitment to the student
- Provide student grade reports on a semesterly basis, with written permission from the sponsored student, upon the request of the sponsor
