  Oversee the following component units of the International Office: Study Abroad, English as a Second Language Services, International Student and Scholar Services, and Special Programs.

  Coordinate administration of the foreign student and scholar services program for the university. Prepare budget and long-range plans for the office. Supervise staff of seven professionals and three support personnel. Advise foreign students on immigration, financial, academic, personal, community and other matters. Oversee awarding of financial aid to undergraduate foreign students and emergency aid to graduate level students. Serve as liaison with U.S. foreign governmental sponsors and with foundations and agencies.
