will file Form 1040EZ, 1040A, or 1040
• you are NOT required to file Form 8843
•
your bank interest is considered taxable income
• you must declare your worldwide income
• Social Security and Medicare taxes will be withheld
from your wages
• you may be eligible to claim the following credits,

file through IRS free on-line filing services (for
taxpayers with an Adjusted Gross Income of $50,000 or less)
- request
assistance at other Austin area Community
Tax Centers (for qualified low income individuals)
- purchase
commercial tax preparation software
- download
the appropriate IRS Instruction Booklet for the form you are filing
- consult
a paid professional tax preparer

check payable to U.S. Treasury and include your social security
number and "2008 taxes owed" in the memo section of your check.
