The UT Intercultural Programs offers advice and programming for international students and their families settling into the Austin community.
This web site contains an Info Guide to help you find Austin resources and learn how to use them for your benefit, and information about our intercultural programs.
Intercultural Programs:
- PALS: Partnerships to Advance Language Study and Culture Exchange - The PALS Program brings together international students and American students at UT for the purposes of cultural exchange and to practice English conversation skills.
- Friendship Program - Meet and become friends with a family in the Austin community.
- Info Guide - Austin resources and how to use them.
- Coffee Mornings - International families meet each Tuesday morning for refreshments, conversation, networking, and a special presentation.
- Family Mailing List - The mailing list is a place where you can post resources, ask questions, and receive information about upcoming programs.
- English Courses - Informal English Programs
The UT International Office is located at 600 W. 24th Street - Wooldridge Hall (WOH), at the corner of Nueces and 24th Street.
