Partnerships to Advance Language Study & Cultural Exchange

Known more simply as PALS, is a friendship program administered by the International Office. Family members of international students and scholars are welcome to participate.

The PALS Program brings together international students and American students at the University of Texas at Austin for the purposes of cultural exchange and to practice English conversation skills.

Normally, we match one international student with one American (UT) student. Faculty, staff, and other members of the UT community are also welcome to apply. http://studentorgs.utexas.edu/iopals/
