Administration
Administration provides clerical, fiscal, and operations infrastructure support to ITS departments.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Accounting and Financial Reporting ensures the financial integrity of ITS through fiscal analysis and management of the budget. Implements procedures to maintain consistent reporting of asset consumption.
Business Office
The Business Office provides support for voice, network, cable, security system, and video services for both ITS and the UT System Office of Telecommunications. If you're not sure where to look for information or make a request, the Business Office can help.
Human Resources and Administrative Support
Human Resources fosters the recruitment, retention, and growth of ITS employees. Administrative support maintains the clerical functions for the various ITS departments.
Asset Management
Asset Management procures goods and services to maintain efficient operations. Coordinates networking and physical resources. Manages equipment insurance and physical inventory.
Software Distribution and Sales
Software Distribution and Sales (SDS) pursues licensing agreements with computer software vendors so students, faculty and staff can obtain software at greatly reduced prices. They manage the agreements that UT negotiates with software and hardware vendors, as well as coordinates access for UT Austin and other UT institutions to agreements that UT System has negotiated. An online store in TXShop provides access to licenses and downloads.
